POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Postage costs quoted on our website when ordering may be higher outside the UK! We will confirm the postage costs by email to you UNLESS the postage costs are already detailed in our product description.

DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary depending on availability of products. All the products are showed in stock on our website only due to the fact that no-one would be able to order if the products would be out of stock. Please contact us to confirm availability when ordering in urgency. Please note that due to security issues we are only able to deliver to Billing address. If you require your products delivered to an alternatively address then payment MUST be made via bank transfer.

RETURN OF GOODS
All verified faulty goods can be either exchanged or refunded at the customers request providing the goods are in their original new condition. We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you (non-stock items) or manufactured to your specification for return.

SHORTAGES
Please advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to process your claim.

REFUNDS
Unwanted goods Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items.

IMPORTANT
We cannot refund money paid or deposits on any items which have been specially ordered for you (non-stock items) or manufactured to your specification.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your contract with us and obtain a refund. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods, this can either be by email, fax or post. You may then arrange to return the goods to us. The goods must be received by us in the condition they left our warehouse i.e. in the original packaging and unused. The cost of the return carriage will not be refunded nor will any specially arranged services for which a charge has been made i.e. Saturday delivery.

EXCHANGE RATES
Only approximate value is given in Euros. Please check with your card provider or bank the exchange rate on the day of your payment for exact price in Euros, US Dollars, etc. We can not quote you currency exchange rates. DISCLAIMER Due to the ever changing market and our constant efforts to ensure our prices are competitive we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the prices upon this website, if the value of your order is higher or lower than stated we will call you before proceeding with your purchase. We reserve the right not to supply items for sale herein due to incorrect pricing within this website. All products purchased from us must be used within the law. We do not take responsibility for products used without a correct professional fitting!

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
