BMW S1000RR Brembo RACE ONLY RC Carbon Ceramic Front Brake Pads

RC - The Road Race Pad The RC (front) pad is a carbon ceramic pad designed specifically for road racing. It has a very high and stable friction coefficient, particularly at the extremely high temperatures generated in racing. However, this carbon ceramic pad has slightly softer initial bite and a more progressive feel than it's sintered equivalent. It is specifically designed to operate at high temperatures but is not so good at low temperatures so it is not suitable for road use and should not be used on rear discs!

BMW S1000RR AFAM Front Sprockets

Like many components there's more to a sprocket than you might think! AFAM have been making sprockets for more than 25 years and during that time, they have refined their manufacturing techniques to such a level that their standards now exceed those of the OEM's.
Through computer programs, sprocket designs can be stress tested prior to undergoing tough field tests. The sprockets are made on precision controlled equipment. The teeth are machined to the latest standards, this ensures the maximum chain life and more efficient power transmission. Machining is carried out on a gear hobbing machine. The teeth and the outside diameter are cut at the same time. This makes sure that the teeth are concentric to the sprocket centre. Most OEM's demand a maximum run-out of 0.5mm, all AFAM sprockets have a maximum run-out of 0.2mm - more than twice as accurate as the industry standard!

Attack Performance Controls are manufactured in Southern California from 7075 T6 aerospace grade aluminum alloy.  Unlike low-budget 6061 - used by other manufacturers - this material is rated at a tensile strength of 76,000 KSI (as opposed to only 42,000 KSI with 6061 grade material), making Attack Rearsets more than 50% stronger than other brands. Utilising superior material with better weight-to-strength ratio enables innovative design to produce lighter, thinner foot controls without sacrificing strength or durability. 

A very wide range of adjustability accommodates any boot size, and permits the ultimate sweet spot for any rider to be dialed in quickly. Survivability - built into each model after extensive and rigorous on-track R&D - gives Attack Foot Controls the edge over the competition. Partial "breakaway" pegs are designed, in case of hard touchdown, to leave enough of the peg intact for the rider to finish the race.

These pads are available in two patterns, snake skin and high fusion. Please note this kit does not include the center tank pad.

High Fusion – is a thin (.035") synthetic rubber blend with a simple ruff texture. With High Fusions rubber blend, you will feel a positive grip into your tank, less pressure on your wrists, elbows and shoulders, plus a more solid seat position. High Fusion is an excellent Grip Pad product for all riders and is also excellent for paint and surface area protection. High Fusion uses TechSpec's personal "Releasable/Reusable adhesive". Snake Skin – is a basic, .125" thin "GRIP PAD" with a low profile diamond grip pattern. MWR Racing Filters, Breath life into YOUR bike. MWR Filters are made specifically from a specially chosen and tested single layer fire resistant foam. Unlike other foam filters, MWR filters are entirely from this special FR Foam. All other filters are duel or triple layered that are laminated and glued together which reduced air flow MWR are not. In the picture is the High Efficient BMW S1000RR air filter. It provides a very high air throughput. The wide foam material offers a barely measurable air resistance! The surface is as large as possible. The filters are impregnated with MWR special oil, so that even the smallest dust particles adhere.The oil and filter materials are naturally non-flammable! We recommend to clean the filters every 5000 Km. The metal cover distributes the incoming air across all 4 intake channels.
Caution: With modification of exhaust or air supply the mapping of the ECU or the Power Commander must be changed.
